Pretty plants but a lot of work to get unbroken pots, unfrozen plants….

The plants and planters are gorgeous. I ordered two - unfortunately one arrived with a broken pot & the other one had frozen in transit (so leaves were dead upon arrival). Customer service was great and they replaced them (but then I also felt a little badly about all that packaging and shipping).
